Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain and short because that is how we work.
Who we are
The Thirty Co. is the trading name of Raeburn Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14229781. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at ryan@thethirtyco.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you:
- Operator Score diagnostic. If you complete the Operator Score and ask for your results, we collect your name, your email address, and the answers you give in the diagnostic so we can build and send your personalised report.
- Booking a call. If you book a 15-minute call, you do that through Google Calendar, which collects your name, email and any details you add to the booking.
- Email. If you email us directly, we hold that message and your address so we can reply.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site securely. We do not use these to identify you.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless, anonymous, and does not identify you or follow you across other sites. We do not use advertising tracking, and this site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your data to send the report or reply you asked for, to arrange a call, and to follow up about working together. Under UK GDPR our legal basis is your consent when you submit the diagnostic or a booking, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries about our services. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it for us
We keep our supplier list short and use established providers who act as our data processors:
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website, handles the server logs described above, and provides our cookieless, anonymous site analytics.
- Resend delivers the transactional emails, such as your Operator Score report and our notification of your enquiry.
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar) provides our email and the call-booking page.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and diagnostic data for as long as we are in contact about working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email ryan@thethirtyco.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
